Lead Time, Payment and Delivery
Once payment is received and you approve the visual artwork, our standard lead times for production are 2-3 weeks from artwork approval.
While we strive to meet the agreed-upon delivery date, there are instances where the delivery may arrive earlier than expected. However, it’s important to note that during busier periods, particularly in December, printing may take longer. If you require your printed bags sooner, we offer an express service category with shorter lead times. Please explore this option if time is of the essence.
We are pleased to offer free delivery to one UK mainland address as part of our service. However, it’s important to note that this excludes the Scottish Highlands, Ireland, and specific postal codes. To ensure the best print quality for your logo, we typically require the artwork in the correct format, such as a vector file (.eps, vector PDF, or Illustrator .ai file). These formats are highly suitable for high-quality printing as they are scalable vectors.
In case you don’t have a vector format of your logo, there’s no need to worry. You can simply send us the artwork you have, and our team of expert designers will gladly convert it into a vector format. Please be aware that a small charge may apply for this conversion service.
