Print Process

We are capable of printing your Soft loop handle bag using 1-4 spot colours on either one or both sides of the bag. All our bags are proudly manufactured in the UK. Our pricing structure is generally based on 50% ink coverage for one or both sides of the bag.

If you require assistance with artwork preparation, there’s no need to worry. We offer a complimentary service for creating a simple artwork.

Please note that for your initial order, there will be a one-time charge for the printing plates. However, for subsequent orders of the same design and size, you will not incur any additional plate costs as we will save and reuse your plates. It’s important to consider that the number of colours in your logo directly affects the number of printing plates required, and each plate carries an associated cost. Our team will provide guidance throughout the process and ensure transparent pricing information to guarantee a smooth experience.

Lead Time, Payment and Delivery

Once payment is received and you approve the visual artwork, our lead times for production are 10 to 15 working days. Rest assured, as our Soft loop handle polythene Bags are manufactured in the UK, we can oversee the entire process from start to finish, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.

While we strive to meet the agreed-upon delivery date, there are instances where the delivery may actually occur earlier. However, please note that during busier periods, especially in December, manufacturing may take longer. To ensure the best print quality for your logo, we typically require the artwork in the correct format, such as a vector file (.eps, vector PDF, or Illustrator .ai file). These formats are highly suitable for high-quality printing as they are scalable vectors.

In case you don’t have a vector format of your logo, there’s no need to worry. You can simply send us the artwork you have, and our team of expert designers will gladly convert it into a vector format. Please be aware that a small charge may apply for this conversion service.
