For your convenience, please note that printing plates are only charged for your initial order. Subsequent orders of the same design and size will not incur plate costs as your plates will be saved. It’s important to consider that the number of colours in your logo or design will determine the number of printing plates required, and each plate incurs an associated cost. Rest assured, our team will guide you through the process and provide all necessary details regarding plate requirements and costs.

Lead Time, Payment and Delivery

Once payment is received and you approve the visual artwork, our standard lead times for production are 10 to 15 working days. Rest assured that your order will be processed and printed in the UK. While we strive to meet the agreed-upon delivery date, there are instances where the delivery may arrive earlier than expected. However, it’s important to note that during busier periods, particularly in December, printing may take longer. We are pleased to offer free delivery to one UK mainland address as part of our service. However, it’s important to note that this excludes the Scottish Highlands, Ireland, and specific postal codes.
